Tenants’ rights often unclear
Tenants often don’t know what their rights are. It is therefore important that information on what to expect from a landlord is increased intensively and that tenants can always reach the hotline/help desk that should be available from the 1st of January 2024. It is extremely important that this hotline has sufficient capacity and will help the students as best as possible.
