Is there a proactive approach from the municipality on trap brackets?

The worst excess concerns the fatal victims that have been mourned in Maastricht in recent years due to a fall through the window during a party. Windows in rooms on higher floors less than 60 cm from the ground must have fall protection, but this is lacking in many cases.
Given the example of the crosswalk security, it seems logical to us that the municipality will actively map where these problems still exist in order to prevent more of this type of incidents.
